  • 1 bottle (750ml) champagne or sparkling wine (dry)
  • 1 cup soda water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on the counter. Rinse rosemary sprigs under cold water.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine pomegranate juice and lemon juice. Stir well until blended.
  3. Add rosemary sprigs to the mixture and let steep for about 10 minutes.
  4. Just before serving, gently pour in the champagne or sparkling wine.
  5. Top off with a splash of soda water and stir gently. Add ice cubes to keep the punch chilled.
