  3. Remove from heat and stir in bloomed gelatin and saffron until fully dissolved.
  4. Transfer mixture to a stand mixer and beat on high speed for about 10 minutes until fluffy.
  5. Add vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.
  6. Pour into a greased pan, smooth out evenly, and let set for at least 4 hours.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before cutting into squares.
