  • 8 oz fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced

  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Finely chop the onion and garlic.
