Instructions

  4. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, milk, and a pinch of salt to form the dumpling batter.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dumpling batter into boiling broth. Cover tightly and reduce heat; steam without lifting lid (15-20 minutes).
